We design each quote to meet your specific needs. While we can provide an extensive range of services including food, drinks, wait staff, mobile bars, stylish glassware and all the equipment you could need to run a function, all quotes are itemised which means you can hire as little or as much of it as you like!

A: Yes! But hurry! In order to lock in our mobile bars, your preferred delivery times and our best staff, we do advise booking in as far in advance as possible. However, our team of expert event planners are also able to organise your event with as little as a few days notice! (If we are not booked out!)

A: We boast one of the largest cocktail lists in Australia containing all of the crowd favourites from Martinis to Cosmopolitans to Strawberry Daiquiris. If you have a favourite that’s not on our list we can happily supply it and have our experienced cocktail bartenders make it according to your recipe!

A: Rather than having all-inclusive (and often expensive!) packages, we tailor each quote specifically to your needs, so you only have to pay for exactly what you need! Call our friendly team today or submit online enquiry here.

A: Our bars are not only lightweight and portable allowing them to be set up in ANY location but they look great, can have a range of different looks and themes, including glowing LED lights. They will be the hub of activity at any function, look amazing and will truly give your event that wow factor that will have your guests talking for years to come.

A: Of course! While we do have packages including various beers and wine, we are more than happy to either source your favourite drop or have our staff serve your own!

A: Yes, all staff are RSA certified.

A: Depending on how frequently your guests will be visiting the bar, in order to provide our famous friendly and efficient service, we recommend 1 staff per 30-40 guests. When cocktails are involved or full tray and table service is needed we recommend using more staff however our event planners will listen to your needs before making their suggestions.

A: Yes! If you send us your logo we can have it professionally printed onto a sticker or full panel and applied to the front of our mobile bar for your event.

A: Our bars are collapsible, lightweight and portable. Our expert production team will deliver and install your mobile bar into ANY event area!

A: Our friendly staff can help you out with anything you may require of them at your event – from collecting glasses, cleaning and even serving food, our staff are more than willing to assist! (We will need to make sure we have enough staff there to help with various activities)

A: We only use fresh, seasonal produce and freshly squeezed juices to ensure your cocktails taste great!

A: Our expert production team will deliver and install your mobile bar or cocktail machine into your event area. They will show you how to turn the cocktail machine on closer to your event to ensure your cocktails are frozen to perfection by the time your guests arrive!

A: Yes, contact us and we can provide complimentary wines to help choose between our exclusive ranges of wines so you choose the best wine for your special day.

A. Kubarz has worked at many corporate functions for breakfast or morning tea and have supplied delicious fresh mocktails, smoothies and juices to guests.
