How can I reach customer service?

The Kubarz Team are Australian based. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1700 AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

My discount code never made it to my inbox, what do I do?

Sometimes our emails like to take a detour in your junk and spam folders. Please check these folders in your inbox to make sure our email didn’t end up there.


Will I be notified when you’ve received my order?

Yes! When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and the details of your order. If you do not receive this email, contact us at so our customer service team can re-send this confirmation to you.

Can I amend my order after I place it?

Based on the status of your order, we may be able to make minor changes to your purchase, inclusive of cancelling an item or swapping an item for a different size. We cannot however combine orders or add items to existing orders.

I need to cancel my order! Help!

Don’t worry, we’re here to help! If you need to cancel your purchase, email us at within 4 hours of submitting your order. We cannot cancel your order after 4 hours.

Will I be notified when my order is on the way?

Yes! Once we have dispatched your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information enclosed. You’ll be able to use this information to track your parcel using the link below once it is picked up by our courier.

Some of my order did not arrive, what do I do?

We’re so sorry that we misplaced some of your order! Contact our customer service team at as soon as possible and we will help to fix this issue.

What currencies do you take?

We process all our orders in AUD (Australian Dollar). If you live in New Zealand, the charge on your order will be converted into NZD (New Zealand Dollar) as these funds leave your bank account. The exchange rate used will depend on your bank’s daily conversion rate, this may change from day to day.

How to use a promo code, gift card or store credit?

When you’re ready to check out, there is a dedicated section for promo codes on the right-hand side of your check out screen. There is a box here that you must enter your promo code into. Enter your code and hit ‘apply’. This will automatically apply to your order total which will display the discounted total.


When should I expect my order to arrive?

The delivery timeframe of your order is subject to your shipping location and the volume of orders being processed at one time. But don’t wait by the window for the mailman all day, here are some guidelines:

Metropolitan Australia delivery: 3 – 5 business days
Regional Australia delivery: 5 – 10 business days
New Zealand: 3 – 7 business days

Please note these are guidelines only. Kubarz are not liable for delivery delays. These timeframes reflect recommendations by our delivery partner and are subject to fluctuations. For time-accurate information, contact your delivery service provider directly.

Do you ship to all countries worldwide?

We cannot ship to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand at this time.

BUT our distribution network may be able to assist in delivering to other countries. If this applies to you, please send us an email at and our customer service team will help you find a solution.

We also offer our products on Amazon Prime and Walmart which makes our products more widely available to non-AU/NZ countries.

Will taxes and duties be charged on top of my order?

International customers that do not live in Australia and New Zealand are responsible for the payment of any customs charges, taxes or import duties incurred by their order. These costs will be charged either at point of delivery or after this time.

Nip Tuck Swim are not liable for these charges nor have any control over the amounts charged. Therefore, we cannot provide any estimates of these charges as they vary.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

YES! We do!

We want to make sure that your affordable designer swimsuit makes it to you so please ensure all your information is correct on your order. Kubarz do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to your package when being delivered to your PO box.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

All orders over AUD$150 are FREE! If your order is valued at less than AUD$150, a charge of AUD$9.50 will be incurred for delivery.

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?

Unfortunately, with COVID-19, we are in unprecedented times. The world has been impacted by border restrictions and minimal flight availability which means we cannot guarantee that your package may not arrive in the timeframe provided by your courier.


What’s the process for returning my order?

You can return an item(s) for either a refund or 110% store credit on a full priced order.

How many days do I have to return my order?

We allow returns within 30 days of ordering.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Your refund or store credit may take 4-6 business days to be processed once we have received your return. Banks and payment services (such as Paypal and Afterpay) may take up to 2-10 business days to clear funds into your account.

How much will my return cost?

All refunds incur a flat rate charge of AUD$9.50 to return.

Returns exchange for a 110% store credit are free!

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards

Do you have gift cards available?

There’s no better gift than a Kubarz gift card! Gift cards are available in $AUD. They do not expire after the date of purchase.

Follow these steps to purchase:

1. On our homepage scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the heading GIFT CARD under Company Info

2. Click that link and choose the amount you wish to load on it.

3. Click add to cart or buy now to complete your purchase.

After purchase, your gift card will be sent to your email address with all instructions enclosed. We do not issue physical gift cards. Standard delivery charges apply when Gift Cards are purchased along with physical products.

My gift card isn’t working – what do I do?

Oh no! Send an email to our customer service team at so we can assist you.

Can I refund my Gift Card?

We do not exchange gift cards for cash. All funds that were used purchased to purchase items being returned will be refunded back to you as a store credit which can be redeemed on another purchase.
