We found Kubarz and our bartender to be very professional. She knew what she was doing and was able to direct guests to particular wines/beers and at the same time control  the alcohol so that nothing was wasted. At the end Natasha our bartender tidied up leaving it all in a professional manner. She was proactive and efficient. Thank you Natasha and thank you Kubarz!
