Established in 2003, Kubarz grew from a small home-based office in Sydney to what we have now: a national footprint spanning the country servicing New South Wales, Queensland, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. 

At inception the business was founded for the same reason any good business is founded: there was a gap in the market that needed filling. That gap was for a professional service when it comes to providing the beverage service and complete pop-up bar package. We strived to provide clients with something a little extra, a little special and we did that by providing fantastic customer service both prior and during the function.

Today, that is something we still lean on, our customer service, we guarantee a great experience for all clients from initial enquiry through to the function, plus today we have expanded into exciting new offerings as we move with the times.

Whether it be a pop-up bar package, liquor licensing and major bar operations for major events, cocktail classes either in person or virtually, brand activations or maybe even our wonderful and new “drink experience” gift hampers and corporate gifts, Kubarz will look after you.
