Kubarz were contracted to oversee liquor licensing, operations and bar logistics at the recent St Pauls College “Surreal Sounds 2022” event for 1500 people. Working closely with the major stakeholders being police, security, council and our clients we prepared and executed the alcohol management plan for the event as well as providing key personally such as licensees and bar managers to oversee and run the event safely and legally. The event was a great success and as such we look forward to working with St Pauls College for many years ahead as their liquor licensing and bar operations consultants.
