Cocktail or Mocktail Training

*Cocktail history and classic recipes overview

*How to set up a professional cocktail bartending station “mise en place”

*Training on the classic cocktail methods to serve built, muddled and shaken cocktails.

*Professional training on all the required cocktail equipment

*Beverage presentation skills, e.g. portion control, selection and use of glassware, use of recipes, use of garnishes

*Beverage service skills, e.g. counter service, table service, carrying and unloading trays

*Use of bar equipment, e.g. glassware, non-edible garnishes, utensils, nip measures, cocktail shakers, blenders

A fun and interactive class where students get to make and taste 3 of their own cocktail creations under the directions of your professional trainer in addition to theoretical cocktail demonstrations.

Great for small groups of people, ideally who work or want to work in hospitality and we specialise taking this course into schools as part of the hospitality education program.
